V0.4 - New minigames

I've added two more minigames and changed the art style up a bit. I've mainly chosen for this new style with Vector Graphics because it's easier to be consistent and because I'm practicing for a different game I'm working on.  Other art assets will be switched out over time.

The new minigames are:

• Pop the balloons, click the right coloured baloons before they reach the top or it's GAMEOVER

• Dodge the Bombs, click to dodge with WMan, you can dodge through bombs to make them explode. But dont get hit or it's GAMEOVER.

Also squashed some bugs, like not being able to turn the M and other game breaking bugs.
