#10 Difficulty
Adjusting the difficulty
Even though I know all the solutions to the puzzles. I feel some hints are still too easy, so I want to make it a bit harder. Right now, it feels like no thinking is required at all. So my plan now is to make some goals per level a bit more vague. Not every goal will feature the name of a person. Players who pay attention to past levels will still easily figure it out. Also, you can always brute force your way to victory. I might also add some more characters to increase the difficulty later as well.
I have added a few levels with these new kind of hints. It works alright. I think the hints are clear enough to still keep the game casual. There are only a few hours left for this game jam, so now I will need to make sure my game is finished and tested. Getting a working build is the priority now.
Let's have lunch together!
Assign seats so everyone is happy!
